What Hermes is, in one paragraph

Hermes is the operations agent of the iSol platform: it lives in the messaging app your team already uses, receives requests in plain language and answers using the same sovereign engine behind every other iSol product. It is delivered and operated by us as part of iSol Squad, so there is nothing to install and nothing to maintain on your side.

This page is not a build tutorial. It is the usage guide: what to ask, how to ask it well, and where the boundaries are.

What it answers well

• Status of the day. "Resumo do dia" returns what ran, what alerted and what is still open, formatted for reading on a phone.
• Questions about your own material. Policies, procedures and documents that were made available to the agent, answered with the wording your company uses.
• Triage and escalation. Something urgent arrives, the agent judges it and reaches the person on duty until someone confirms.
• Short, decision-ready summaries. Long threads, tickets or reports turned into three lines a manager can act on.

How to ask, so the answer is useful

• Say what you want out, not just what happened. "Resumo em 3 linhas para o diretor" beats "resume isso".
• Give the deadline or the threshold. "O que ainda está aberto e vence hoje" is answerable; "está tudo bem?" is not.
• One subject per message. Two questions in one message get one blended answer.
• Ask for the format you will paste somewhere. A list, a table, a paragraph: it delivers what you name.

What stays inside your perimeter

Hermes runs on the same engine as the rest of the platform, so the same guarantees apply: your messages and documents are processed on infrastructure we operate, never used to train a model, and never transferred to a third country.
